John Neuhaus

John Neuhaus is a Research Engineer with the Operator Performance Lab and lead developer of the Cognitive Assessment Tool Set (CATS). He received a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering in May 2010 from the University of Iowa with a focus in Control Systems and a minor in Physics. John is the lead developer of CATS 2.0, and supports experiments and analysis with additional software development, systems design, and hardware integration. He has worked with a wide array of devices and protocols, from proprietary defense industry sensors and displays to commercial off-the-shelf physiological equipment. John maintains a diverse skill set including embedded systems design, data acquisition, and experimental particle physics among others.
